Montresa McMillan is an award-winning, dynamic and entrepreneurially-minded digital banking executive who has amassed over thirty years of experience. She was recently promoted to the role of Senior Vice President, Head of North American Digital Channels and Omni, TD Bank Group and is charged with leading two of TD’s broadest transformation programs – Omni Strategy and Self-Service Transformation – that will deliver highly personalized, connected experiences across channels, businesses and borders.
Montresa is recognized as being a progressive change agent who is driven by her desire to advance customer-centric thinking and to promote business agility and innovation.
