Chris is a Partner within the People Advisory Practice of EY, where his primary focus is leading diverse teams, across multiple geographies, in delivering services that encompass mobile talent, immigration, cross-border taxation, strategic HR and workforce enablement in over 100 countries. Chris spends a lot of his time meeting with executives and discussing their strategic talent, mobility and business objectives. Having spent the past 19 years in professional services in the immigration and mobile talent space, Chris has advised and served some of the largest Canadian and global organizations. As an innovator and strategic thinker, Chris is often asked to lead global projects to build out new services and capabilities.
As a champion of innovation, Chris has served and led several EY committees nationally and globally in areas of entrepreneurship, innovation, global practice transformation & strategy, technology enablement, digital strategy, people, training & development and reward & recognition.
Over the course of his career, Chris has remained passionate and involved in EY’s D&I agenda and is currently the executive sponsor of the EY Black Professionals Network and serves on the EY Americas Inclusion Advisory Council. Before his current roles, Chris served in the capacity of Chair of EY Black Network in the UK, Chair of the EY Professional Families Network Canada and Canadian representative on the EY Americas Diversity Networks Steering Committee.
Chris also serves on the board of two not-for-profit organizations.
Chris holds a degree in Law and Political Science from Middlesex University (UK), is a Certified Mobility Specialist and holds several certificates through the Harvard Publishing Leadership training program.
