Caroline Gayle

Caroline is the Managing Director who is responsible for our Technology Financial Services practice in Canada.  She focuses on bringing client value, innovation and delivery excellence in Transformation Services. 

She has 22 years of IT experience in multiple industries including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Resources, Products and Government, and has worked with Accenture for over 20 years.

At Accenture, she has had more than 20 years of progressive experience leading large-scale, complex, business transformation engagements involving integration, alignment and implementation of technology and digital solutions for her clients. 

Caroline is an Accenture Certified Delivery Lead, Solution Architect and Quality Assurance Director. Caroline has experience in the delivery of projects with all methodologies: Agile, Waterfall and Iterfall. Caroline’s experience and expertise has spanned many roles including Delivery Management, Program Management, Release Management, Implementation Management, Requirements, Design, Testing, and Transition Support. 

In addition to her client-related work, Caroline is passionate about and is a life-long champion of:

  • Supporting our communities and is Corporate Citizenship Managing Director Sponsor for Canada 
  • Diversity in the workplace and is the Women’s Initiative & Inclusion and Diversity Managing Director Sponsor for Technology in Canada

In addition, Caroline holds active leadership positions across several charities and boards to contribute further to inclusive and diverse spaces. She is the National United Way Leadership Chair and sits on the Boards of both Women in Communications and Technology (WCT) and the Holy Trinity School. She is a member of the Project Management Institute and has acted as faculty for various Accenture schools. She was previously on the Board of Foundation for an Entrepreneurial Canada (FEC).
