Andrea Yowman is Vice President of Alliances and Strategic Initiatives for SAP America South Market Unit, responsible for leveraging our ecosystem as an extension of our sales force, driving sales strategies and demand management initiatives generating incremental revenue and ensuring the success of our customers. Responsibility includes expanding SAP’s partner business in all Routes-to-Market by developing innovative business approaches, system integrator relationships, solution extensions and channel partner software revenue. In addition, Andrea leads Strategic Initiatives in the South Region, includingmanaging the early talent intern program, leverage SAP Analytics Cloud tools, to enhance our go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue growth.
Since joining SAP 17 years ago, Andrea has held North America and global leadership roles in Human Capital Management, Enterprise Resource Management, Platform technology, Business Analytics and Mobile solution sales. Prior to joining SAP, Andrea held various leadership positions with Baker Hughes, Inc. Andrea’ s credentials include 14 years of enterprise software sales and sales strategy combined with twenty-two years in global human resources. She is a self-motivated leader, innovative, results-driven and customer focused. A unique operational acumen in executing company strategies. Implemented SAP HCM globally and sold SAP HCM, Enterprise Information Management, NetWeaver and Mobility. Andrea was instrumental in building the SAP mobility business from the ground up, led mobility and strategic industries sales and sales strategies in both regional and global roles driving customer success and consistently overachieving revenue targets. She possesses the ability to build teams, identify and solve complex problems, embrace change, and maintain internal & external collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization. Andrea received her Bachelor of Science in Technology from the University of Houston. She also serves on the board of directors of the Texas Ski Council, Ski Jammers Ski Club of
Houston, TX and National Brotherhood of Skiers.
