Alyssa leads Sales Solutions for North America, one of LinkedIn’s fastest growing businesses. Alyssa leads an organization of over 250 people, in a business with double-digit growth. She is responsible for building high-performing, diverse and inclusive teams, for helping to drive strategy and defining the go to market approach. Alyssa is passionate about personal and leadership development, fostering candid conversations, and creating a unique culture of vulnerability and inclusiveness. Prior to this role, Alyssa led LinkedIn’s North American Search & Staffing business where she was responsible for the strategy and execution of the division’s acquisition and renewals teams, spanning SMB customers to Global Accounts. In her time at LinkedIn, she also led the SMB segment for North America.
Prior to joining LinkedIn, Alyssa spent the early part of her career at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB, now Gartner), a best-practices research and consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. While at the firm, Alyssa spent two years in London, where she helped CEB expand into the European and African markets.
