CASE STUDY

A high-growth tech company was looking to fill a senior role in their business. The company had this role out in the market for 3 months, but struggled to find the right candidate. They were not specifically looking for a Black candidate, but were open to all applicants.

The company engaged one of our Senior Recruiters. She held an intake meeting with them, searched through BPTN’s database of members who have agreed to be contacted for job opportunities, and put 4 candidates forward within a few days. These candidates were not looking for roles at the time. However, they trusted that BPTN would put them in the best position to grow their career.

Within 3 weeks, the company decided to hire 2 out of the 4 candidates BPTN put forward, even though they were only looking to fill one role. The two candidates were too good to leave behind, so the company created space for both.

BPTN’s recruitment team not only cut down their time to hire, but also helped them find top, qualified candidates who happened to be Black.
